      I have been trying to reach someone for 3 WEEKS! All the numbers just ring and ring them go to a voicemail that I can’t leave a message on. This is very frustrating. I need to conduct business and can’t even get in touch with anyone. Now I have to travel from VA to NY. Smh.

      Been calling for days no one answers the phone and cannot leave message, it’s either mailbox is full or not set up.why give options to select when the automated machine answers. I regretted opening an account with this bank.
