      Went up to get an instant credit card and to fix my misspelled name on my card and unfortunately for some odd reason changing your name IN BRANCH , IN PERSON doesn't take effect for up to 2 days which makes no sense. Also which prevented me from getting my instant debit card because of the name change. The teller did not inform me that I would have to wait for the change until he fixed my name. Now I have to wait until Monday to get an card! You guys wasted my time and energy I am unhappy and plans ruined. Thank you so much.

      Wanted to open an account for myself and also for the rental properties because it’s close to where I live now, but it closes at 3 which is crazy as is, the hours aren’t updated on google, the intercom is broke or the security guard was too lazy to answer, signs say get out and scan a QR code and wait before entering, and I see others find this place horrible. My partner will be closing their account as well because this branch is just wack.Q
