      If you’re black with money don’t go here they froze my account when I had all my paper work showing where my money came from but Ashley the manger didn’t look look at them lie to me then had my account we’re I couldn’t talk to anyone but her!!! They then told me after days later if I show the proof i already had then they will give me some of my money I went to Waukegan IL branch and omg I love them I should have been went to them they was so cool and helpful the manger at Waukegan is the only reason I kept my account.

      I really like this PNC location. The customer service here is excellent. They still have lobby service. (many have closed and have limited services) I have been very happy with their staff. Ashley makes herself available and does a great job. She has been extremely helpful with some various banking challenges I have had. I was with BOA for many years so changing banks was hard to do. I will say the ON Line banking ap can have some issues but it all surrounds security, so I am patient as I am hoping that secures my account better. All in all this facility does customer service right at a time where you can find little to no customer service anywhere.
