  Terrible customer service. More experienced help needed. Felt disappointed and put off by attitude and answers from one of the younger representatives. Will not visit this branch again or recommend it. Located within a busy strip mall. Parking is limited and congested. One space reserved for 'ducks'?????

  If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I had dealt with fraudulent activity on my account, and had to go into the branch ’more than 5 times because of incompetent employees who give misinformation (including the manager who bragged to me he was in charge) and forget to complete transactions. My money was inaccessible to me for over a week, and they allowed more and more fraudulent charges to go through. I wasted hours of my time, and was inconvenienced over and over again. Please train your employees better so this doesn’t happen to another customer. I highly recommend changing banks!
