      Erica is the branch manager and so far she's been very welcoming and always happy to see me. I saw the other reviews on here about bad customer service, but always remember that everyone is a flip. No one is always polite or always negative, and some people are easy to perturb. If someone is rude to you, give them Hell. If someone is polite with you, be polite with them. That's the way I run my life.

      I love being a PNC customer, but I have only ever had bad experiences at this location. I just dealt with a very rude teller, and I had it eat my debit card in the machine two years ago along with many checks and they refused to believe me. Go to a different branch.
