  I went out of my way to come and write a positive review here. I often come into this bank location in the afternoon and see a long line and misplaced/misdirected anger from customers. First of all, the employees here are absolutely lovely, despite their branch not having adequate staff to fit this location’s needs. At lunch time, the two tellers alternate taking their (well-deserved) lunch break. It’s completely unfair that these tellers apologize profusely, provide excellent service, and have to face this situation day after day of angry customers (due to a staffing issue that is out of their control). Management needs to allow more employees to work during lunch hour because these sweet people do NOT deserve the verbal abuse they receive every day! I’d like to especially commend Nancy, the sweetest woman, who is so professional and excels with her customer service etiquette. She is always pleasant no matter how many customers are in line. She is quick and efficient and always brings a smile to my face. I hope this branch gives Nancy and the rest of the employees the help they need by hiring more staff to help out. Thank you all for working your best to serve your customers under truly unfair circumstances.
