Great experience here with Jose. I had recently opened a new business and an account with Bank of America, who held my funds for 3 weeks before releasing them. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later. I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.

The bank staff is awesome they get 5 stars but the virtual wallet card and app are terrible. Inaccurate balances and when you call the number on the back of the card it also provide inaccurate information so be cautious when using this card and feature be sure to check you balance around 1am for any over drafts also I called customer service about this issues and was told that I should keep take of my spending and subtract amount used which is fine but isn’t that what the app is for?!?! I hope Pnc fix this problem I’ve had it for 2 years and still not fixed and until then I will not recommend The PNC Virtual Wallet to anyone
