      Janice is the best bank teller!! They are all very kind and welcoming but Janice is by far one of the best in the world!!

      This particular PNC is the worst out of three branches I use. But every time I come to the port orange branch they say dumb things or hold me up twice as long. Port orange branch i.e. you now can not get cashiers checks in the drive thru. DUMB THINGS THAT GET OLD WITH THIS BANK. Its always some stupid rules that hold me up. You have to ask for withdraw slips (dumb). Tellers standing in lobby asking my business so I cab tell the whole world my business good idea for a mugging after I withdraw a grand great to see PNC does not car about my well being.(Dumb)

      On a Saturday before a Monday holiday they choose to have one teller taking care of both the drive up and lobby. Drive up customers doing 20 minute transactions. Seriously?! Awful service! Deserves -5 stars
