      I had an issue with my account--spoke with Katie and Ashley, in person and they were both very friendly and understanding. Took my information and got back to me the same day!!! Also, Amanda and the other girls are great as well, the few times that I have actually had to go in person to do business! Been banking with PNC for many years and will continue to do so! Thank you for providing great service!!!
