      Well located but not prepared for Covid-19. It doesn't have a drive-through windows and works only by appointments from the day before. PNC closed two other branches promising that this one would be excellent in organizing banking needs but fails short of it's promises. I came in for simple addition of a tax id to an account, something that should have a way to be done online, and only in the best interest of the bank and I was directed to the branch on 101 Easton Rd. Shame to spend so much money on up-to-date branch and not to put drive-through on it.
