  I've banked here for many years and everyone is great. If you don't have a good experience with this group, it's probably your own fault. Even when someone retires or switches locations, they always hire someone pleasant and easy to work with.

  Beyond horrible bank for loans. My client and I have sold over 10 condos over the last 3 years in a building in Lexington not one issue and I own one in the building as well. PNC Richard Davies took on the loan for a client but 50 days later 3 days after it was due to close he (emailed didn't call but emailed ) us that they could not get information for HOA and would not do the loan and the HOA did not have enough reserves. This is not a New development building which is the only type of condos that have to prove reserves and the building has been occupied for over 60 years with no issues. He dropped the loan and would not take any calls. I called the HOA and they said he never called or anything. The bank or Mr. Davies are far to unknowladgable to take on even these type of small loans I suggest Citizens Bank or US Bank.

  Most of the staff here are friendly and helpful. My initial account opening experience was very frustrating, as I had looked online to see if there were promotions going on for new account holders. I found an online offer of a cash bonus for opening a new account, and, if I remember correctly it was $200.00 or $300.00. The account was started and it never was brought up in the conversation about the new account opening bonus. Near the end of the visit, I showed the associate the online offer, but I was told that it was too late to apply the benefit. So...if you plan to open a new account, let them know up front about the offer. One associate was quite rude when I followed up with questions about the policy, but the branch manager was apologetic and professional, so I decided to stick it out and give them a try. The PNC app is user friendly, and I like the setup of the checking account that has three categories to help you spend, save and keep specific amounts in reserve. I haven't encountered any further issues since opening the account.
