      Never answers the phone. No music or updates then the call just drops after 10 minutes.

      Be prepared to sit on hold 7-10 minutes until the phone is answered. Have dealt with this problem over 10 times in last 18 months and they say something must be wrong with the phone systems. More like the way they filter out calls because they don't value customer service! Switching over to a smaller bank for better service will be my next move. Bye đź‘‹

      I find it almost nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in this branch! I go through all the steps it prompts me to do to get to a branch representative, then it just becomes dead air. At first I just thought there was no hold music. But after a few attempts and wanting for a rep for OVER 40 minutes. I realize it seems to be something in the transfer system because when I call other branches where I usually get dead air, it rings! So I hope someone can fix how this system works or my company may need to find other alternatives for our financial needs!
