      Very helpful staff, Amanda and Heather. Needed customer care help with my accounts. Really dislike procedures due to Covid-19 but staff were really helpful in spite of rules. Important thing, my needs were attended, thanks.

      Went there with a large check from another bank to open an account. They told me there was no one there and that I could come back tomorrow. I asked about another branch and was told “I don’t know I don’t work there.” Needless to say I’m happy they refused my money. Their customer service is obviously terrible.

      Couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get them to withdraw 1300 out my own account and gave them my ID and bank card. The lady was getting a bit to personal on asking me questions about what brings me hear and how I have gotten my recent deposit to my account. The ID, Bank Card and my face was enough to verify everything. Maybe that’s why they have 3 stars. Service wasn’t bad just felt discriminated is why I give 2 stars.
