      This branch is WAY better than the one in Montrose. PNC bank on average is still slower at transactions than most other banks.

      they never answer the phone even though they require to call ahead to schedule appointments for notaries. i've called multiple times, the call stays on hold for ten minutes and hangs up. Why require call ahead if you don't answer the phone?
