      John Kim provided exceptional customer service today when I had a few things to take care of with three small children in tow. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Great doing business with him! The branch is also renovated, clean, and kid friendly.

      I tried closing my account and all the sudden i get a overdraft notice anyone else having this problem. Give you all some advice to go M&T instead this is a horrible bank that might cost me twice for there own mistake i am never banking with them again. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY SAFE KEEP FROM BANKING WITH THIS BANK

      The employees are very nice; good service. The PNC as a Corporation is suck! They get rid of the drive through, now, I need to retrieve important govt document from the safe deposit box. They are temporary closed.
