      Useless bank--have had to go from branch to branch to find a notary, and though Citibank did my bond transfer certification immediately the same day, the PNC officer with medallion authority demanded a copy of the involved trust to send for review by their legal department. PNC's job was to identify me, and had nothing to do with the trust. I'm their FORMER customer from today. The lady at my branch who telephoned many branches to find an officer with medallion authority was outstanding, but so many branches didn't have one! Useless bank! And the officer who wanted to put me through the legal department was useless; terrible service. Did the officer even want to do the job or to get rid of me? I just closed my account and using Citi, though they are a longer drive away.
