      Absolutely the first positive experience I’ve had with a bank - very quick and efficient -extremely helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on anything or pressure me into applying for a credit card when I opened my account - I’m not sure if the banker that helped me was Anthony or Andrew (man with glasses) and that’s no way indicative of his service being anything but amazing and has everything to do with my memory . Thanks guys !! Hoping to be a customer for a very long time . Also to note they have the lowest fees for the all inclusive options that I’ve seen bank wise

      NEVER go to this PNC! It seriously might as well be a scam office. I tried to close my account here and they told me it was closed. A MONTH LATER it still isn't closed! Whats worse about this is the person I was working with was more of a salesman than someone who wanted to help me. He spent more time trying to persuade me to keep the account than he did to try to help me. Completely ridiculous
