  I don’t know why there are bad reviews. Just had one of the best experiences ever. I wish I got my teller’s name, but she was a gem to work with.

  Severely understaffed. The poor employees can’t even answer the phone when you call…because they don’t have enough staff. I wanted to exchange for some euros for our trip to Europe this summer. The banker lied about how quickly they could order them. Ended up not making it before we left.

  Arthur called me about my business account last week just to see how things were going and I actually told him that I had been trying to contact PNC for the last week to change my business name on the account. I told him that I legally changed the name with the state of Georgia and with IRS and he said okay, come by on Wednesday at 9:30. Got there and he has me sitting in his face waiting for him to send an email. When a customer is right in your face, you attend to that customer first (mind you I arrived exactly on time). Also, when I got there, he couldn't even remember what our appointment was for. He goes "you're here to create a business account right".... Then, I hand him my documentation to show my full name change and he goes "Oh I didn't know you changed the whole name, I thought there was just like a spelling error on the name. I can't change this. You have to make a whole new account". Not sure where the confusion came from, but I clearly told him on the phone that I had completely changed the name and I even told him the new name. So he says it's going to take 40-60 minutes to create the new account. I had a meeting at 10:30 and he already wasted my time checking his inbox. So, I couldn't even do it that day. I drove 30 minutes there in work traffic for nothing. Would never come back to this location again.
