      The black manager inside said because she doesn’t know me personally she can’t help me. Worst customer service ever. Lied about not being able to see the notes in the system bc i called customer service again & they confirm that yes the people in the branch can see the notes. If you don’t feel like getting up from you’re chair & helping your customers then why do your job. & i’m calling corporate:)
