      I hate going into this branch. Josey has to be one of the most annoying people I've ever had to deal with. I needed a new card because my old one got stolen. She tried to keep talking to me when I was clearly upset. I told her I just want my new card and that I was not in the mood. Of course the printer was down so I could not get my new card. She didn't seem that sorry about the issue.
