      Trying to get a hold of this specific branch is impossible. Literally sat on hold in silence for 15 minutes before giving up. How difficult is it to answer a phone? Called 2 other branches and every single one of them answer except this 1. Ridiculous.

      Been here over an hour, all I need I someone to print 5 months worth of records, takes 5 mins. Teller says i have to wait on one of the bankers (ridiculous). Ever since PNC took over it has been a real circus. Noone at the bank seems to care about customers, they are bo longer "realtime banking" so if you deposit a paycheck on friday you wont receive it until the following monday. I cant recommend this bank anymore and I'm even at the point where I would tell people to steer clear of this bank.
