      I would give minus 5 stars if I could. I went into the bank to deposit $1000 in the ATM inside. After inserting the money into the ATM, it ejected $300 dollars back and kept the other $700 stating my transaction can not be completed. I informed the teller and she told me I will have to have a seat to wait on a banker. I waited and eventually asked 2 bankers that were talking in an office with no customers. They stated that I would get “credited” the money immediately, but after they attempted to do this (unsuccessfully) I now have to wait until the ATM is serviced in 2 work weeks. Great job PNC if I am late on anything and or owe them money they charge me fees and interest but I am suppose to wait with no return. I will never go to this bank ever again. Be careful with this bank !!

      Lauren Nielsen was beyond helpful when I went in for an appointment today. Very personable and knowledgeable. Working in customer service has allowed to me understand the positive impact you can have on individuals and she truly did a wonderful job.
