      I want to give a shout out to Stephanie!! She was amazing when helping me over the phone today. I am currently living in another state and unable to come in to a branch and she took the time, and made the calls, and did the coaching that I needed her to do. SHE'S AMAZING and she deserves a promotion and a raise!

      I understand 'right to refuse service at any time to anyone for anything' 2 rolls of pennies. That's too much to handle for non customers? Way to win over that non member with kindness Wait... no... I'll never be a member and I hope everyone that reads this understands I asked for 2 rolls of pennies, and had 1$ bill. After asking this mind numbing question, what was the response? Not "Gladly sir" or "Absolutely! 2 rolls of pennies? Easy peasie!" Or " coming right up! 2 rolls of pennies to the young man needing two rolls of pennies!" Or just a shoulder shrug and then getting me 2 rolls of pennies. No, no it was "Well are you a member here?" " I am not" Ooops. Wrong answer. Not only was it the wrong answer, It was like the skies darkened and storm clouds raced to the area lightning struck outside splicing a tree into halves. Fury was in the air. No member? RUUNNNNNN! WAY TO HELP SERVICE THE COMMUNITY PNC. WAY TO GO. Shelby state Bank helped me out across the street. not a member their either. I got 5$ kf pennies actually from them. When I asked for the dollar she said sure so smooth at shelby state bank I shuddered in my head and asked for 5 just incase the myriad of tankless pennies was to come true! But alas, no! She didnt even break a sweat. "Anything else dear?" I hear ring through the air. "That'll be all" I say. As I left I was so grateful that I had to write this as soon as it happened. At 11:11 am on 4/27. Whomever answered my cry with a voracious slam No! From PNC , you have my forgiveness. But the name PNC bank will always be Synonymous with no business from me and my mind in anyone else's mind that I can let know.
