      Staff is amazing . Soon as i walked in i was greeted with a smile and directed towards the person who could help me with my issue.       What a great disappointment. This bank stopped doing what a bank is supposed to do. They do not deal with cash at all anymore. Not a bright idea people. Now we have to decide which bank to move our business to. Thanks PNC!
