      They are not open. I have the choice of driving 40 miles to make a deposit or driving across an $18 bridge to make the deposit. Maybe I need a new bank relationship

      PNC does not stand behind it's word. I was told in August that I would get 100.00 deposited in my account just for opening up a virtual wallet. It is November and I have not received it yet. I went by the branch twice and was told it was being processed and they would call me. 3 months later still no money or phone call. The person (I.C.) who opens new account continues to give me the run around.
