  The worst bank ever. PNC auto statement is impossible to get online for 12 consecutive months, they are spread and never show up monthly, but you can request those by mail or in the brach. So, called this branch that we have banking with about 10 years have multiple business accounts with, saving and personal accounts, along with Auto Loan and one of the Mortgages. Asked the branch manager, who always sees me there and asks all kind of weird questions when I come to get an auto statement ready to pick up by my husband who is on all the accounts with me except Auto loan. Besides the fact that had to hold for 30 minutes I was asked to come to the branch myself, i said I could not, but need this statements as soon as possible for a new Mortgage we applying to, she said she could not help me with this and said bye and hanged up the phone... and that's it.

  Jay and Erin are amazing!! They remember us and greet us all by name every time we visit the branch. They are super helpful and go out of their way to help us. Erin even remembers stories we tell her and asks us follow up questions the next time we see her! Great branch!
