      I had an appointment with a banker at noon. I arrived promptly. After a few minutes waiting the clerk told me the banker with whom I was scheduled to meet would just be a few minutes more as she was finishing up (this was about 12:05. As I waited I noticed 2 bankers in their offices without clients. I waited and waited. At 12:23 I asked the lone window clerk if I would be seen soon. She said I told you she was finishing up. I promptly left! If they don’t value my time, why would they value my money!

      It's like a ghost town in that bank Nobody's in there except employees, when you walk in you feel uncomfortable because everybody's looking at you. I found the experience very uncomfortable. Their drive through service isn't on the property it's actually across the street in the back .I asked an employee where the drive-thru was and she just said out back I was very confused. I literally had to drive around and I ended up finding it ,very stressful. On a good note the lady who opened up my new account was very friendly!
