      During the corvid-19 shutdown, they only operate drive through only, you would think that they would have enough tellers for the Volume of business. Cars are backed up over 45 minutes and they limit your transactions to 3.

      Gregory Cater at the PNC Pittsburgh location is one of the rudest PNC employees I have ever talked to in my entire life. I never leave reviews of this nature. But after this conversation, I am considering taking my business to Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Suntrust or any other Bank after the way I was talked to. PNC needs to step it up with better costumer service. The way I was treated on the phone was completely out of line and inappropriate. This employee needs to be tutored or let go ASAP.
