  All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Old sayings, no one size fits all and not all product meets every customer need but their staffs were able to help with my request. Their team is very knowledgeable about their product and service. Thank you Nasimul, Luda and Richard.   More than the people is just the bank, whoever the branch manager is please post somewhere thats this is a CASHLESS branch. First time ever I heard a place doesn’t take cash! Tried to make a deposit to my husbands account, drove all the way from vienna to Oakton for nothing. Had never heard of that, probably cancel my account because what the point of flexible hours if you can’t do much anyway. Bank of america you can deposit checks on your phone, tranfer to a different account within seconds. I dislike Bank of America sometimes but it is way convinient. Probably close our accounts. Staff just felt rushed and didn’t apologize on behalf of the bank for not disclosing that they are a cashless bank. I work in customer service and basics are to apologize on behalf of the company you represent even though you night not be able to help the situation completely

  What a great team always personable and recommend better solutions for my financial needs. I don't go anywhere else, I like seeing the same staff who I have come to know well. Nice job hiring this crew PNC
