      Seems no matter how busy the drive thru is, there's one teller. It's a shame. The one teller works as quickly as possible and is friendly but it is slow.

      Fort Payne Alabama branch never answers the phone ever. When you use your debit card it's supposed to come out of your account right then mine did not show up until 4 days later and almost cost me an overdrawn fee which would not have been my fault. I wished I never went with this Bank now I don't have the funds to go with another.
