      Poor Customer Service, No Drive up ATM, Parking is Absolutely Horrible if your even lucky enough to find a parking spot. Being a Customer and being told to Go to another Bank to get a Credit Card Advance because there machine is always down or broken I quit asking. They need to work on there Customer Service Skills.

      So I understand the main bank is closed due to COVID, I go inside to use the atm and it’s not working. I pull around to use the drive thru and guess what? They’ve changed their hours to 10 am. This is very inconvenient for someone who has a job and needs to get cash out of their account.
