      This bank has truly lost it’s personal touch and threw its customer service out of the window. After hiring a new third manager within two years, the regular staff that have been there for years have all left. The new manager, Michael Colombo, is so strange and awkward, and something is seriously wrong with this man. Because of him, I closed out all of my accounts with PNC and will never be going back. My clients and friends have also either closed out their accounts or go out of their way to another branch to avoid him. His antics and the way he talks to customers is polarizing and every interaction I have had with him has been uncomfortable and inconvenient. Even his staff has agreed that something is off with him. Stay away from this branch at all costs while the manager Michael Colombo is still employed.
