      This is a big bank. But, they are the most local and down home people. They care more about their customers than any bank I’ve worked with in my long life. I used to love Penn Liberty. They were bought from a huge Delaware bank. So, that service went down hill. The branch manager at PNC Pottstown High Street is at the bank usually and eager to help. They are just so lovely and do such an excellent job. Would highly recommend. Not all branches of PNC are like this one!! It’s special.

      Filed a fraud complaint online for a transaction. The merchant said the product would be shipped within eight weeks due to covid and supplies. Fast forward to January. It didn't arrive and no updates. PNC (Patricia at the call center) said you have to file a dispute within thirty days no matter what (I have it on record from her). How can you dispute something within thirty days when deliveries are in general behind? What a joke of a bank anymore.
