We have been here for almost an hr and they have no restroom for customers! That sux!. How can you expect people to be here for that long opening an account at your bank and have no restroom!

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews here, the team at the SP branch of PNC has been nothing but helpful over the years that I've been with them. The virtual wallet app is great for money management, the savings & budget engine is very helpful and mobile deposits work flawlessly. 10/10 if you are looking to open a new account or have questions go in and speak with the manager or Linda Mulrath.
