      Needed a new debt card I called ahead to set this up. So helpful and courteous glad I moved from the other bank I was going to. I like the atm giving different amounts than just $20.

      Went in to get a replacement card and was told no one could help me for another hour. People are rude. I have been with pnc for over 10 years....and every branch I deal with was amazing....but Ephrata branch is the worst.. Rude people...never enough people working....was told only 2 people can print replacement cards.... 1 was at lunch and 1 was busy.
