  They used to be BBVA, so there have been some bumps in the road with the new system. The times on their web site are not correct.

  Wow. I dont know what Possesses my 91 year old mother to bank here. Every now and then she gives me a check and I come in here and cash it because that's what old people do is write checks this is the first time ever they decided to clip me 2% because I don't bank here. I asked why are you the first person to ever charge me this if it's been in effect since October and her response was everybody else has been doing it wrong. No wonder this place is a morgue every time I come in hereI guess everybody else kind of feels the same way hence the review

  I have no words for the experiences. For over 3 months we've tried to gain access to my Uncle's Trust account which should have been an easy transfer to the Trustee at death. 2 lost USPS deliveries which we had to prove were delivered and then they were magically found. Then promises they had what they needed only to hear that no they sent the wrong documents to legal that we had sent them and that they never received the documents they sent to legal. We need these funds to pay funeral expenses and this isn't right.
