      I want to be clear about my bad review. It has to do with Corporate PNC and NOT the wonderful employees at the Creedmoor branch. My experience with the branch had been wonderful however my experience with the corporate office is terrible. I have a disability and have been trying since March to set up remote deposit for my business so I don't have to drive if I am unable to. The whole experience trying to do this has been horrible, the CORPORATE OFFCE obviously DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES!!!!

      I absolutely HATE banking at PNC. I stay because its convenient for what I need temporarily. This Creedmoor location is EXTREMELY slow. I waited for 6 minutes to deposit a check. They are never at the drive-through when you pull up, even if you in a line. I don't like their online banking or mobile app. Neither shows what time transactions are made. Deposits don't show until the next day. It's not essy to find your full account number unless you have your phone (if you are using a desktop).
