      I recently had to create a trust account for my mom so she could be eligible for medicaid. I chose PNC because I have been a customer with them for ages. We worked with Luisa and she was beyond helpful. She made every step in the process so easy and quick. She was extremely knowledgeable on the process even though she mentioned she was new to PNC, you would have never know. Everyone at this branch is always very friendly and Luisa follows suit. Judy also assisted us in the process and was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good bank that actually treats you a customer should be treated.
