      Have been with PNC a while. Needed some documents notarized. Lisa Ann Kolodge got us in and out very quickly. Nice to know that some organizations still offer perks to members! Have always had a great experience with the staff at this branch.

      Just went in to close an account, was told it was appointment only and they were booked for 2 days. While there saw employees sitting in offices without customers. I then went to Howell branch and they helped me right away and were very professional. Don't go to the Pinckney branch.

      I have never personally had a problem with this bank other than their hours needless to say I don't bank inside. The other 2 closest PNC banks in Howell and Brighton are open on Saturdays but the PNC in Pinckney is not. For people who work past banking hours this is a real big pain to drive to another town to withdraw money on a weekend. PNC Banking hours should be even across the company. Not just pick and choose.
