      I was dealing with this bank in Marlin Texas and let me tell you the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with first of all a young lady by the name of Megan to greet me at the door offering to help with what I needed immediately then I met my Destiny which I didn't even know was in Marlin Texas all along and a very nice blonde lady with a face of an angel will certainly return and look forward to

      TERRIBLE customer service. Snarky and rude from the very beginning. My friend that can not verbally communicate well and has been going to this bank for 20+ years was treated terribly today. They would not let him withdraw $10 for lunch today to support a local business because he needed to have 2+ additional forms of ID. This was one of the worst public interactions I've ever had.

      HORRIBLE service when they changed from BBVA. I never received my replacement debit card after 2 requests. When I would contact them to discuss the matter, you could barely hear the person you were talking to for the employees discussing their personal matters in the background. They seemed to not care one way or the other if you left your business with them or took it else where...which is what I did. Much more pleasant experience now where I'm at and was issued a debit card the same day I opened my accounts.
