      I opened a business account. A business colleague wired money to my business account on June 10th. PNC decided the wire transfer was suspicious and would not let me take any of the money. I asked how long the investigation would take. PNC employee Eric told me 5 days. On June 14th I sent an email to Eric saying I just wanted the wire returned so my colleague could send me the money a different way. Eric said he would forward the email to the appropriate department. On the phone I told a female employee I wanted the wire transfer returned. She said she would send an email. Today, June 27, Tyler informed me the wire transfer was on long term hold and the investigator hadn't even gotten to it yet. Why would the transfer be put on hold AFTER I said to return it?

      Their hours are terrible they do not open until 10 in the morning. Thinking of moving my money elsewhere. Sad that they can't have decent business hours.
