      I was Content when BBVA was in charge but ever since PNC took over I've had the worstExperience I've ever had in my life with any company ever reperseitives keep dropping calls on purpose there's never a supervisor available and I will be discontinuing services

      Worse customer service than AT&T or any other company you can think of with awful customer service. Rarely pick up the phones and when a teller does, they absolutely blank when talking to a customer and forget what they are talking about
