      The manager at the Logansport branch has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IS UNPROFFESSIONAL. Twice in a few weeks I tried to withdraw a fairly decent sum of money from my account and neither time was I successful at the Logansport branch. Both times was with the same woman, who, when I asked for the manager, claimed she WAS the manager. She started out having the money and ended up refusing to give it to me. The first time, I tried to withdraw money, she asked me what I was planning on doing with it. When I refused to answer, she claimed they were a ' cash in, cash out bank,' and didn't have the funds. I was dumb enough to come back two weeks later and this time she questioned me about the source of my deposits.. When she didn't get the answer she wanted, she refused to give me money and said I'd need to come back on Monday after she verified the source of my funds! She was rude, inappropriate and disagreeable..with MY MONEY. She claimed she was protecting my money...from me!!?!. The only person my money needed protected from was her!!. Well the jokes on her because both times I went to the Kokomo branch the same day and they pleasantly completed my actions without inquisition. Imagine that, a bank with money!. The manager at Logansport is a liar and horribly unprofessional. She should be fired because I came real close to moving my money elsewhere. Had it not been for the Kokomo branch, I would have. It's no wonder Logansport is losing its PNC branches. . They must have been really hard up for a manager to hire her!

      Keep having the same problem someone from PNC keeps stealing my money I purchase something a week ago and the money is taken off, then the next week they take off the money again and move the purchase all the way up top to make it look like its recent. This bank is full of rats NOT recommend.
