      Been a member for years. Someone stole $300 and when I went in to get a new card they helped me and explained what to do (but also that it could just be automatically fixed-and it was!) Literally a 5 minute fix, all thanks to Sally and her team!

      Apparently if you want to take more than $3,000 dollars cash of your own money out you have to give them a one weeks heads up. This is the second time having issues with pnc and getting my cash out.

      worse customer service in this branch.Teller was unprofessional .i wanted to withdraw my money but she act like that she just didn't want to give my money.i am a pnc customer been 12 years.very disappointed with this branch.
