  I actually didn't choose PNC to be my bank they bought out compass Bank where I had been a customer for many of years banking with PNC for me has been quite annoying they switched over their banking and their online banking which is hard to navigate their customer service was only available Monday through Friday and that wasn't convenient they just opened Saturdays I'm calling their customer service is obnoxious recently I had them print out a check to do earnest money for a down payment on a home and they kind of botched that up and then blamed it on me that my signature card didn't look right and the only thing that was different was the j not giving me enough time to respond to their fraud information and putting me in a bind and they did fix it at Branch level which I appreciate and ended up waving the fee which I again appreciate since I don't believe it was my error since you take over another bank you should make sure you have your peas and q's in check but that's just me the staff there is super nice I would not blame them for anything for it's the company itself PNC that I don't enjoy so I will be closing my account at this bank once all this housing stuff is complete and looking elsewhere for a bank

  An absolute mess since they switched from BBVA. BBVA was the best banking I’ve experienced and PNC is THE WORST I have EVER HAD. I do not recommend this bank to anyone
