      I have been living in different countries and have accounts in different banks around the globe. The PNC is the worst which I have been chance to deal with. I was trying to get access to my online banking, did not remember a password, tried to reset it and put the information required - get a message the data is invalid. So I get to the actual PNC bank, with my passport, social security and my phone to reset it. They was not able to help me with it in the bank. Can you imagine that the bank is not able to give the access to their own web page to the actual user who came with all necessary information? This is ridiculous. They only reset my phone number and said to call for the number to make it works. And employee on phone was not able to do it through the phone, and said that I will have to wait on mail which will come to my address in 3 days. 3 working days. So I will have to wait to another week to just log in to my account. I don't know who is working in It department of the PNC branch, but I am pretty sure that teenagers with minimum wage would do better!

      This bank would not let me withdraw all my money (childsupport) unless I made an account with them so I did and was not able to close it right away so they made charges after charges and then refused to give anything back. Find a better bank!!!
