      Had a good experience here. Had an horrible experience at the one in Smithfield NC. What I went there for yesterday, they refused to do. Came to this branch, and the manager knocked it out quickly. I can't say enough about the difference in attitude and behavior.

      There’s nothing more annoying when you ask simple questions and they act slow or give you more then what you ask for. Yes it’s my fault my credit isn’t top notch which is why I have their prepaid checking service but they treat you like an outcast when you need questions answered. Will be switching back to Wood Forest in a couple of months cause this is sad. The only nice thing I can say is the Branch Manager seems like a nice guy but his stuff is present to me the opposite.

      We have been banking at this bank since it opened. I know they are hard working people. Every one of them has been very helpful and kind to us. Going out of their way to help especially my wife when she needs assistance (in wheelchair). The manager is accommodating, the staff is polite.
