      PNC Bank is horrible- it is impossible to reach customer service by phone and I have been sitting at a branch for an hour now trying to close out a savings account and a technical glitch has caused the pay-out check to go missing! Do not bank here!!

      Very dissatisfied with their loan bankers, they caused me to apply for a loan I wasn’t going to be approved for and wasted my time and damaged my credit score, they knew very little about the loan process at their own bank.
