Have been with PNC for many years utilizing many different locations. The Grand Haven one has been the best with a great staff who actually knows me by name even though I'm not in all that often. Very helpful!

Ethan very unprofessional as when I spoke with him on the phone over pnc mistakes read it on my Google reviews for the alpine Avenue branch in Walker to get a bigger picture and find it out on my Facebook if you can understand what happened I tried to connect my message of things via text messages to Facebook with clipboard settings you should understand things if you read it correctly and how pnc representatives are fake in their professionalism to clients all you are is dollars them and policy is for them not you and policy of their's is wrong especially when they are the faulty guilty party and banks instead of owning up to the mistakes blame merchants for their errors *banks being wicked and faulty not the merchants Mind you that banks rep's certainly have a superiority complex
