      PNC is no longer a customer friendly bank. Since the Stop and Shop branch closed PNC has shut down customer convenience. Time to move on to much better banks in the area.

      I have been a customer for over than 20 years in this bank. I needed to notarise a signature and was refused by their notary public without a valid explanation that would make sense. I did notarise papers in the past, and never had any issues before. I am done with this bank. Closing my accounts due to unprofessionalism of the workers at Holmdel PNC branch, Rt 35, NJ.
